Closed Loop Economy

One of the requirements of sustainable development is to ensure that the life cycle of products is extended and that they are reused after processing. This reduces the amount of resources and energy consumed and contributes to reducing the carbon footprint associated with closed-loop manufacturing.

As part of the circular economy, the organization uses recycled raw materials in its production, but also processes industrial and post-consumer waste: Ergis Group (processing capacity of 2,500 Mg/year), MKF-Ergis (processing capacity of 1,050 Mg/year), ECO-Ergis (processing capacity of 17,000 Mg/year).

ERGIS GROUP companies use waste and recycled raw materials to manufacture a range of different products, from packaging to waterproofing films.

The proportion of recycled raw materials from both post-consumer and industrial waste ranges, depending on the type of products manufactured, up to 30%, depending on customer requirements. (Greenstretch films) and 98% (PET strapping).
