Our company manufactures high quality granulate from the world’s most popular thermoplastic resin – polyvinyl chloride. All types of hard technical granulate that we manufacture are formulated to be easy to use and produce the desired results.
Hard technical granulate – Application
These granulated compounds are intended for manufacturing rigid products of various types, using the extrusion technology. In order to optimally match the type of granulated compound to the customer's expectations, the product offer of Ergis Group includes both standard and modified products. Good mechanical properties make rigid compounds for technical purposed a perfect choice for manufacturing profiles and trims, even of very complex shapes.
Some of them are also a good choice for production of electrical conduit pipes, cable trays, and transmission cable armor.
We offer our customers high grade granulate for general applications and materials for thin- and thick-walled products, including those with complex shapes. Natural, black and white are the standard colours for granulated compounds of types E1-E6. Other colours are available subject to prior specification of requirements.
