nanoERGIS® film is a unique product on the European market. nanoERGIS® film consists of 33 layers. Thanks to such structure its utility parameters are much more favourable than those of the standard products available on the market.In practice, it simply means that less film is needed to secure a load properly and that the packaging costs are lower.The reduction of film use, in comparison with standard products, reaches 50%.We provide specialist consultancy at film selection and packaging manner.

APPLICATION

nanoERGIS®stretch film is used for packing and protection of products, ranging from loads bundled on pallets, to individual items of large overall dimensions.It is earmarked for wrapping loads with the use of packing machines.We offer also manual film in  nanoERGIS® technology.

PROPERTIES

The stretch film manufactured with the use of the nano technology features:

  •          high elasticity that enables reduction of packaging costs and provides better stability of the load;
  •          high durability against punctual perforation;
  •          good cling properties.

In order to take advantage of the unique properties of  nanoERGIS®, we offer you technical support.We also test the loads in our ELSA research centre (Ergis Load Stability Academy).Test results enable development of an optimum packaging model, ready to be copied in the Customers plant. 

In 2014 we launched ELSA Load Stability Testing Centre (Ergis Load Stability Academy)

The Centre will be equipped with a ramp for testing the behaviour of load in transport.This device will enable us to simulate behaviour of loads in the conditions of abrupt braking of a vehicle, i.e. providing a simulation of extreme conditions that can occur in road transport.

Ramp tests will constitute the basis for developing and verifying the methods of load securing.These tests will also allow us to propose the best solutions for our Customers.
